The Evolution of SoStudio

The Evolution of SoStudio

Gulfport, Florida -- After three years, So49 has bridged the art gap between 49th Street and Gulfport’s arts district, at least for one weekend.

The SoStudio Tour, which spanned two days over the Memorial Day holiday, branched out from working studios along 49th Street to the city’s historic arts district downtown. “That was largely due to ‘go with the flow’ of what the community wanted to see happen,” Andrea Royce, vice president of the 49th Street South business association, So49, said Saturday. “This year it took on a whole new life."
