St. Petersburg, FL - The Target shopping center at the corner of Park Street North and Tyrone Boulevard has some new neighbors.

Two new restaurants and a pharmacy are taking over the vacancies left by Lone Star, Don Pablo's, and Shells Restaurants.

In early January, Cody's Original Roadhouse moved from the 22nd Avenue and Tyrone Boulevard location into the building formerly maintained by Lone Star.

The management said the new spot is a very good location, and they've received good exposure.

St. Pete Seafood and Steak Buffet set up shop in one of the vacancies.

The buffet opened last summer, but a new owner took over last fall allowing for some changes.

The buffet is offering free wi-fi.

"We have over 100 items on the buffets at all times," General Manager David Leveson said.

He adds most items are handmade everyday. Lunch is $6.99, and dinner is $9.99 with steak, roast beed, and shrimp making the menu.

A new CVS pharmacy is also under construction in the shopping center.
