Seminole, Florida -- The sale of the 425,292- square-foot Seminole Mall closed on Oct. 25, with the transfer of the 39 acres transferred from Downtown Seminole LLC to a group called Seminole Mall LP, a Delaware limited partnership, and is run out of the Palm Beach office of North American Development Group.

The Seminole Mall was built in 1965 and its ownership history is listed below:

"Fountains Fest", the first ever event held by the small businesses of the Fountains Plaza on US 19 in Palm Harbor, will include live music, a food court, fashion show an interactive scavenger hunt with prizes.

Palm Harbor, Florida -- The Greater Palm Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce is holding a North Pinellas Community Prayer Breakfast to benefit F.E.A.S.T. Food bank and the Palm Harbor Chamber Foundation.

For $15 you will get breakfast and hear inspiring guest remarks.

Breakfast will be served from 7:30 - 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1 at The Center which is located at 1500 16th St in Palm Harbor.

Largo, Florida -- Registration is now open for a free City of Largo-sponsored workshop on the customer experience. This free workshop, titled "The True Customer Experience From the Inside Out: Business Growth Today!" will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 7.

from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Largo Public Library, 120 Central Park Drive in Jenkins Room B.

Three City Markets open for business

Gulfport, Florida -- Local hydroponic vegetables on Tuesday in Gulfport. Bunches of sunflowers on Saturday in St. Petersburg. Mr. “I-Got-Em” barbecue on Sunday in St. Pete Beach.

Each of the three cities has a different market on a different day in each other their downtowns, and all three are open for the season.
