The work of Habitat for Humanity in Pinellas County is the featured topic Thursday, Oct. 4, on the radio show There’s No Place Like Home

The show features Ron Spoor, chief operations officer and Steve Lightburn, vice president of development for Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County. 

Homeowner eligibility requirements will be discussed along with details about new single-family communities being built in Clearwater and Dunedin.

This month’s program also highlights exciting volunteer opportunities and information will be provided on how citizens can put their skills to use to help provide homes to eligible members of the community.

The program, which features different issues each month, is sponsored by the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County.  It airs the first Thursday of each month from 10:05 to 10:35 a.m. on WRXB 1590 AM.
