Man steals bicycle behind medical building

Largo, Florida -- Pinellas Sheriff's deputies are searching for a man who stole a "Huffy" bicycle behind a medical building in Largo on Aug. 16.

Detectives say on Friday, Aug. 16 sometime between 11:10 a.m. and 1:32 p.m., the man was seen walking through the parking lot of the JAR Medical Group building in the 11500 block of Seminole Boulevard. He then walked towards the back of the business, removed a bicycle and began to ride in a southeasterly direction.

He is described as a black male, wearing a green button-up, collared shirt and jean shorts.

The stolen bicycle is a pink/purple girl's "Huffy" bike with flower prints on the sides and seat of the bike. The tires, handlebars and pedals are turquoise in color.

The investigation continues.
