Former Bucs player arrested for possession

St. Petersburg, Florida -- Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer Keith McCants has been arrested on charges of possessing crack cocaine.

Investigators say they initiated a traffic stop on McCants when he was seen not stopping as he exited the driveway of the Tina's House of Angels strip club early Wednesday morning.

While officers were talking to McCants, they saw a crack pipe in the center console of the car he was driving. His passenger, Samika Campbell, 28, allegedly had crack cocaine in her purse.

Both were arrested for possession.

McCants was a linebacker and defensive end who played in the NFL for six seasons, including three for the Bucs from 1990 to 1992.
