Quit smoking now at Ross Norton Recreation Center | Events
Clearwater, Florida -- A free program to help people stop smoking will be offered at the Ross Norton Recreation Center. Participants will meet for one hour for six weeks, beginning Wednesday, Nov. 7, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
The class will provide the tools needed to help quit tobacco, and will cover preparing a plan that works; specific ways to deal with cravings; physical and emotional symptoms to expect; effective coping mechanisms; and four free weeks of patches, gum or lozenges while supplies last.
Ross Norton Recreation Center is located at 1426 S. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave.
