Gulfport, Florida -- City officials say a live cooking demonstration planned for the Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market during it's "First Tuesday" evening hours on Tuesday, Dec. 4.

Beginning 6 p.m., Chef James Clark, formally of the St. Petersburg Vinoy Resort, will demonstrate the preparation of his own sun-dried tomato focaccia bread which is a crowd favorite at his business, T and Me Tea Company.

During the demonstration, Clark will take questions and offer food samples. It will be held at the outdoor courtyard adjacent to the former Salty Sal's location (2930 Beach Blvd. South). 

Other cooking demonstrations by popular local chefs as well as other events are planned for each "First Tuesday" evening at the Fresh Market continuing through the season.
