Pinellas Park, Florida-- The community is invited to join in the fun of the 5th Annual Harvest Festival.

Classical Christian School for the Arts will host the free event on Sunday, October 12th.

Stop in with friends and neighbors from 9 AM until 3 p.m. that day.

There will be K-9 demonstrations, vendors, games, BBQ, hay rides and so much more.

This free event will take place at Girls Incorporated of Pinellas on Saturday, October 5th from 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM.

Learn to be confident by making healthy choices and look your best while having fun.

This event is open to all girls ages 10-17 along with their mothers.

Enjoy an exciting morning of yoga and receive teen skin care tips during a clinic.

Join in the fun during this celebration of fall at the library on Sunday, September 29th from 2 till 4 p.m.

Discuss some of the great American Girl stories during this afternoon of fun.

Kids will be also play games, make a craft and enjoy a themed snack from a historical time period.

This event is designed for elementary and middle grade children.

Participants are asked to please bring a small glass jar of their own for the craft.

It's part of Mayor Bill Foster's I C.A.N. initiative which stands for Involved Citizens Active in Neighborhoods.

Fall in love with a new pet at Pinellas County Animal Services

Pinellas County, Florida -- It’s finally fall – the perfect time to cozy up with a new furry best friend. Take advantage of fall adoptions at Pinellas County Animal Services through the end of September.

As part of the fall special, the adoption fee for dogs will be reduced to $25 during normal shelter adoption hours. The fee includes medical checkup, spaying/neutering, vaccinations, internal and external parasite control and microchipping. The required Pinellas County license is also provided.

Largo, Florida - Gulf Coast Giving has received a first-ever proclamation from the Pinellas County School Board and Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners recognizing September 23rd through September 27th, 2013, Cyberbullying Awareness Week.

The host of the week, Gulf Coast Giving, will be hosting a first ever concert celebration featuring local professional artists on Friday, September 27th 6pm-9pm.

The event is free for Pinellas schools and the community-at-large.
