Detectives search for missing, endangered Largo man | News
Largo, Florida -- Detectives are searching for a missing and endangered man who was last seen leaving a congressman's office on the morning of Dec. 4.
Pinellas County detectives say 58-year-old Robert Dulin left Congressman Bill Young's office in Seminole around 11 a.m., a place he reportedly frequents.
He was last seen wearing a white and blue plaid long-sleeved shirt, jeans and white tennis shoes. He walks with a gait and a bent elbow with arm close to his body with one or two fingers pointing outward. Dulin has a cranium abnormality and a false eye from injuries he received from an automobile accident in the 1970s.
He lives at the Pine Tree Manor Assisted Living Facility on 131st Street North. The administrator at the facility was the one who reported him missing after he failed to return. He is believed to be endangered due to his physical and mental disabilities.
Anyone with information that may assist detectives in locating Mr. Dulin is asked to contact the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office at (727) 582-6200.
