RED ALERT: Beach restaurant racks up 14 critical violations | News
CLEARWATER BEACH, Florida -- On Clearwater Beach, it's hard to beat the view from the back deck of Jimmy's Fish House and Iguana Bar. But inside the kitchen, state inspectors recently said the view was not nearly as nice.
The state documented 32 violations during a November 20 inspection. Fourteen of them were considered critical.
Among the issues were expired food, temperature violations, scallops stored in undrained ice, onions on the floor of the walk-in cooler, and lots of bugs, including roaches.
Has Jimmy's cleaned up since then? 10 News reporter Beau Zimmer went to find out. Click on the video to see what he found.
