Pinellas County, FL -- Sheriff's Office deputies are searching for a missing Ontario man who suffers from Alzheimer's disease.
The missing man, William Craig Stephen, had just arrived in Palm Harbor from Ontario, Canada with a friend.
The friend had gone to bed and Stephen stepped outside to smoke a cigarette, according to police, and that was the last time he was seen.
His friend woke up at 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning to find him missing.
Stephen goes by his middle name, Craig.
He is believed to be on foot because he no longer has a driver's license.
He was last seen wearing white pants, a long-sleeved burgundy shirt, a gray and white zipper sweater, and a brown leather jacket.
He does not know the area and it is unknown where he may be heading. Deputies searched most of the day, stopping numerous individuals who matched his description, but Craig still has not been found.
Deputies are asking anyone who comes in contact with Stephen to call the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office immediately at 727-582-6200.
