Gulfport, Florida - This classic Florida beach bar is full of surprises. The main one is the food. You can get the old standbys like beer, burgers and fries, but this menu has much more to offer.
Executive Chef Wade Parish has created a diverse and complex variety of meals featuring a little bit of everything. Chef Parish also changes things up, creating four different lunch and dinner specials every day.
With a view of Boca Ciega Bay and friendly locals, this beach bar is sure to please.
Here are a few items off of their menu:
O'Madd y's Lobster BLTLT, Lobster salad with chunks of Maine lobster, lots of butter and mayo scooped onto a toasted Kaiser with applewood smoked bacon, crisp leaf lettuce and tomato.
Wade's Tropical Tuna, Banana crusted Ahi tuna steak seared golden brown and served with sweet potato chunks, sautéed spinach and a mango curry sauce.
Ribeye, 12oz. Choice hand cut ribeye, seasoned and flame grilled. Served with choice of side.
Filet, 8oz. Hand cut filet seasoned and grilled. Served with choice of side.
Maddy's Filet, 6oz. Filet grilled, topped with fontina cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil then melted in the broiler and served with a Marsala demi glace. Served with choice of side.
Habanero and Blackberry Pork, 2 Smithfield center cut pork loin chops seasoned and flame grilled then glazed with a habanero and blackberry sauce (not too spicy!) and topped with creamy goat cheese. Served with choice of side.
Chicken Parmesan, Parmesan crusted chicken breast fried to a golden brown, covered with a house made marinara, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served over penne pasta.
