Many unanswered questions in mystery, mansion murder; but victim identified

Tarpon Springs, Florida -- A mansion murder mystery in Tarpon Springs has many unanswered questions

Last night Dr. Steven Schwartz was murdered at his home on Belcher Drive and was found near the garage. The only details being released at this time is that he had upper body trauma.

Police say Rebecca Schwartz came home and found her house burglarized. Her husband was no where to be found. Neighbors went to sleep thinking everything was under control. But they were alarmed when they woke up to police saying a body had been found.

One neighbor said, "I feel frustrated now. Nervous on the inside, want to know what happened."

10 News asked relay concerts to police, asking, "Why should the community be calm, patient - when there is no suspect?" Police responded and said, "Investigators have information they are not releasing, they are following up on some leads. This was not random."

The victim's friends, family friends and neighbors say he will be missed. Dr. Jose Torres said, "He was not just a great man - he was a sensational man ..." Christopher Fitts adds, "Steve was a season ticket holder for Rays - he would travel a lot, he has built these dialysis centers, successful businessman.

The wife has been questioned and released and is not a suspect at this time. This same home was burglarized in 2012, a boat was also stolen last year, according to police.
