JolliMon’s Grill is the place to be starting tonight

Radio Dunedin wants you to know that Thursday, Apr 14 - that’s tonight in case you’re date-challenged - JolliMon’s Grill presents an encore appearance of Between Bluffs from 7 to 10 p.m.  Known for their Folk / Roots / Experimental sound, Brad Myers, Justin Davis, and Jerrod Simpson sometimes call upon their friend Joe Russek III to play a little drums. The trio has been playing together since December 2010 after meeting each other at an open mic night right here in Dunedin.

Never one to bore you, the group has been known to switch around lyrics at the last moment and even throw in some spontaneous jams right in the middle of a number. So make it on over to JolliMon’s Grill tonight at 7 p.m. and catch their live performance.

New restaurant opening on South Beach

New restaurant opening on South Beach

Clearwater Beach, FL -- The Beach Shanty Café is opening a second restaurant on the south beach in April.

Owner John Mahony says the new restaurant is located on Coronado Drive across the street from the Hyatt Regency on the site of the Alex Family Restaurant, which closed several weeks ago.

The building is being cleaned from top to bottom - and painted a bright yellow, just like the original café on Mandalay across from the Hilton.
