St. Petersburg, Florida -- A three-day festival celebrates some of the Bay area's best restaurants. Tickets are still available for Enjoy Arts & Tastes St. Pete. Some of the participants include 400 Beach, the Avenue, BellaBrava, Birch & Wine, Black Palm, Central Avenue Oyster Bar, Grazzi, Mazzaro, Ocean Prime, Pelagia, Red Mesa Cantina, Red Mesa Restaurant, Rococo, and Z Grille.

Pinellas County, Florida -- Those who think they are savvy consumers may think twice after hearing about the latest consumer scams. On Thursday, Nov. 7, the radio show “There’s No Place Like Home,” sponsored by the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County, will highlight protection against unscrupulous scammers.

The show features Deborah Berry, of Pinellas County Justice and Consumer Services. Topics include the latest consumer scams, how to find a licensed contractor, foreclosure prevention and charitable donations.

Pinellas County, Florida -- The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners is accepting applications for two appointments to the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative Inc., a nonprofit corporation that is responsible for providing library services to the unincorporated areas of Pinellas County and to those municipalities that do not have library services, and to improve library services to residents of the municipalities and library tax districts. Each appointment will serve a three-year term.
