The new parking lot will allow access from 66th Street, 1st Avenue South, and Central Avenue, while allowing much easier access to the drive-thru and ATM.

The Green Market will happen downtown at Pioneer Park, from 9 a.m - 2 p.m.

Not much lures me from St. Petersburg, but recently I decided it was time to check out the much-ballyhooed IKEA “store” on Adamo Drive in the Ybor Historic District of Tampa, FL. Here's how it developed:

         RESEARCH:  Even though I had carefully studied their website with its beautiful idea rooms, on-line catalog, its many event promotions and mouth watering descriptions of their famous Swedish meatballs and in-store restaurant fare, I wasn’t prepared for the adventure that was IKEA.
